Returns and Exchanges

This page explains how returns and exchanges work, including eligibility and required steps. Please review the information carefully before starting a request.

Orders may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your final item. To begin the process, submit a return request through the return form here. You can choose to get an exchange or refund.

Once registered, you’ll receive an email with the return label or a link to get your own return code, QR code, or shipping label.

If you’re sending items back using the original packaging, make sure the original shipping label barcode is clearly removed or crossed out to avoid delivery issues.

EXCHANGE POLICY - FREE EXCHANGES

Exchanging is hassle-free—we provide a gift card that fully covers the exchange cost and shipping, so you don’t have to worry about any extra fees. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible for you :)

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Due to health and hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you want to cancel your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the last item.

For returns that aren’t exchanges, the return cost is deducted from the refund amount. The return cost is calculated as follows:

1-4 items: 59 NOK
5-8 items: 99 NOK
9-11 items: 199 NOK
12-15 items: 299 NOK

More than 15 items: 399 NOK – feel free to contact us for help with size and product selection :)

This includes insurance in case the return package is lost.
